Sliding Fee Discount Program (2026)
AWBS serves all patients regardless of ability to pay.
A Sliding Fee Discount Program (SFDP) is available based on household income and family size using the 2026 Federal Poverty Guidelines. Discounts apply to medical and behavioral health services, including:
- Behavioral health intake assessments
- Individual psychotherapy
- Psychiatric evaluation and medication management
- Group therapy services
- Telehealth visits
- Primary care visits (if applicable)
Patients with insurance may also qualify.
No patient will be denied access to services due to inability to pay.We are dedicated to offering compassionate, equitable support for everyone in our community.
