  • Develop vocational abilities.

IDD Services

Skill-Building

We offer individual and group programs that focus on life skills, socialization, and employability. These services are tailored to enhance personal development and prepare individuals for greater independence.

Supports Coordination

Our Supports Coordinators assist individuals and their families in accessing essential community services such as healthcare. By working with community resources and our dedicated staff, we ensure that each person has a strong and reliable support system.

Supported Employment

We provide instruction and guidance to help individuals find and maintain meaningful employment. This includes skill development for the workplace and continued support after securing a job.

Peer Mentoring Services

Our peer mentoring program connects individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to trained mentors who have successfully navigated similar challenges. These mentors provide guidance and encouragement to help participants achieve community inclusion, independence, and productivity based on their person-centered plans.
