What We Do
Long Term Care Ombudsman

Both programs are designed to protect the rights of older citizens. The LTCO Program provides family support, complaint investigation and advocacy, community education and support assistance to family members and residents of long-term care facilities.
The Elder Abuse Program offers educational sessions regarding elder abuse, caregiver burnout, stress and residents rights. The sessions are presented in facilities, home care agencies and in a wide range of community organizations and businesses.
