AWBS Receives Grant from Detroit Wayne County Community Mental Health Agency
It was announced on May 1, 2006, that Adult Well-Being Services was one of 13 agencies that received grants from the Detroit Wayne County Community Mental Health Agency (DWCCMHA).  To receive one of the mini-grant awards, organizations had to meet criteria set by DWCCMHA.  AWBS received $1,500 (the maximum amount granted) for Consumer/Community Services.  These funds will provide services that will reach 250 – 300 adults with developmental disabilities.
