- Who is eligible to receive services? Please contact the program that you are interested in for more information.
- Eligibility varies by program.
- For Healthy Aging and Mental Health Services, you must be at least 55 years old, show financial need and be a resident of Wayne County. Medicaid recipients qualify to receive free services.
- For the Developmental Disability program you must be at least 19 years old, resident of Wayne County and undergo a psychological or psychiatric examination.
- For Guardianship Services you must be at least 18 years old and a resident of Wayne, Oakland or Macomb counties.
- Do you provide transportation? In some instances we are able to arrange transportation for individuals who participate in our skill build programs. Please call for more information.

- I can't afford to pay my taxes and I need help preparing them. Can you help me to prepare my taxes and with unpaid tax bills? Many seniors can be helped with taxes such as qualifying for the home heating credit. Please call our Healthy Aging Services program for more information.
